4. Cut back on the alcohol should be restricted I know it will be really tough but Hey ask your self what you want? A good toned body or Drinking. All your efforts are being considerably harmed if you are constantly going out and drinking. You don’t have to give up alcohol forever but just for a while put a tab on heavy drinking, you can still chilled out a beer once in a week.
